What do women talk about in counseling?


Counseling can help you if you are dealing with one or several of the concerns listed below. Some people prefer to have Individual counseling which is a one to one relationship with a therapist.  There are times when individuals benefit from Group Counseling for Women, where they discuss issues in a group with others who are working on the same life changes and goals.
